I had an amazing experience with Audio Solutions! I got two 10” subs installed and they look and sound incredible, seriously exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend also bought door speakers for me from here and had them installed, and the sound quality is super clear and crisp. The wait time was very reasonable, which I really appreciated, and the pricing was more than fair. They truly work with you to make sure you get something that fits your budget without sacrificing quality. Overall, great service, great people, and great sound, I definitely recommend them!

Very rude over the phone my wife called asking about her speakers to then have this employee come out rudely talking to her without even knowing what the phone call was about. Will not be coming back to this location from now on I strongly recommend this establishment to work on better customer service.

Went into store 9/19/25. I have a 2016 F250, and staff said that a 08-14 F150 center console would fit absolutely. They will not, by the way, and according to the older guy, none of their make, model, and year consoles are exact fits. They told me they don’t make one for my make, year, and model, and I looked it up, and the exact company that makes the consoles they sell also makes one for 08-16 F250, like I needed. The staff was very rude to me and their own employee who was assisting me in test fitting a sub box. The older guy said to the younger employee assisting me to not answer questions about console boxes rudely and to remove it and bring it inside after I had spent $ 160 on speakers the day before and was serious about buying the box and a sub and amp. The older gentleman in the store had an attitude, and the old lady up front proceeded to come outside and say again that the company doesn’t make them after I had already shown the older gentleman the company they order from does make them, and he then switched stories and said they do make them. Overall, terrible customer service from the old guy and lady, but other staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
